Cacique sits on Casa de Campo®’s south-central coast — Costa Verde to the west, the Golf Villas to the north, Los Lagos II and Jardín Minitas to the east — with the seaside holes of Teeth of the Dog running between the neighborhood and the Caribbean. Minitas Beach and the Beach Club sit just southeast: from much of Cacique, the beach is a walk or a two-minute cart ride, not a drive.
Cacique turns over slowly. As of June 2026 a single villa is available — at $6.18M, with seven bedrooms and 6,458 sq ft (~600 m²) of interior space on a 3,009 m² (~32,400 sq ft) lot.
Cacique is one of the few Casa de Campo® neighborhoods where Minitas Beach and the Beach Club are genuinely close: minutes on foot or by cart from the eastern side of the neighborhood, a short cart ride from the west. No parking, no planning — towels and go.
The seaside stretch of Pete Dye’s Teeth of the Dog runs between Cacique and the water. Fairway-and-ocean sightlines from the neighborhood’s southern edge, and the course itself a cart ride from any driveway.
The Hotel core and main resort amenities sit minutes to the west, the Marina roughly 10 minutes east by cart, and La Romana International Airport (LRM) about 10–12 minutes door to door. Central without sitting in resort traffic.
With turnover this thin, buying in Cacique is mostly timing and preparation: understanding what fair beachside-corridor value looks like before a villa is listed, and being ready to move when one appears.
Cacique homes come to market only occasionally, and some trade quietly between owners before they are ever listed. We track every channel for the buyers we represent.
Caribbean Paradise Homes has operated at Casa de Campo® Resort for 23 years, working for the buyer, independent of any listing side. Because we’re also a rental agency, we can model what a Cacique villa earns before you commit.

From the eastern side of the neighborhood, yes — Minitas Beach and the Beach Club are minutes away on foot or by golf cart. From the western side it’s a short cart ride.

Teeth of the Dog. Its oceanfront stretch runs directly south of the neighborhood, between Cacique and the sea.
La Romana International (LRM) is about 10–12 minutes by car. Punta Cana (PUJ) is roughly 50 minutes; Santo Domingo (SDQ) about 75 minutes.
Walk-to-beach neighborhoods rent well. As a rental agency as well as a buyer’s advisor, we can model realistic rental income for a specific Cacique villa before you commit.
We help you buy in Cacique — tracking the rare opportunities as they come up, the quiet owner-to-owner conversations, and what beachside value here really looks like. And because we’re also a rental agency at Casa de Campo® Resort, we can tell you what a Cacique villa earns when you’re not using it.
