Availability and prices change quickly, and many villas sell off-market. Instead of listing them here, we prepare a personal shortlist from what is available across the resort when you contact us. From time to time we also showcase selected featured properties on our homepage.
Can you help if I am buying from abroad?

Can foreigners buy property in Casa de Campo®?
Yes. Foreigners can own property in the Dominican Republic on the same terms as Dominican citizens. Source: Constitution of the Dominican Republic, Art. 25.
Can you rent my villa when I am not using it?
Yes. Through our villa rental agency, we can place your villa in the rental market when you are ready.
What happens after the closing?
We stay involved. We introduce you to designers and contractors, and our rental program can manage guest stays if you want the villa to earn.
