We are a buyer advisory practice, not a high-volume agency. Our engagement covers the full path to ownership:

- Neighborhood & property shortlist. A curated list of active and off-market inventory that fits — usually 4 to 8 properties, not 40. Honest comparisons across the resort’s neighborhoods.
- On-site tours. We accompany every showing inside Casa de Campo®. You see the actual lot lines, the noise profile, proximity to amenities, and the way each villa lives — context a listing photo can’t deliver.
- Off-market access. A meaningful share of Casa de Campo® transactions above $5M happen off-market through agent relationships. When the right one fits your brief, we surface it.
- Offer, due diligence, and contract. Coordination with local attorneys, surveyor, title verification, IPI tax planning, and negotiation.
- Closing & handover. Resort administration paperwork, utilities transfer, and the Dominican Republic closing process (typically 60–90 days from signed offer to title).
- After the purchase. Introductions to our network of designers, contractors, and property managers — plus our rental management team if you’d like to put the villa into our short-term rental program.
