Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been nominated in TWO categories in this year’s World Golf Awards (WGA), and YOU can vote now to help crown Casa de Campo a winner! This year the prestigious Teeth of the Dog was nominated in the category “Dominican Republic’s Best Golf Course 2021” and the resort as a whole in the “Dominican Republic’s Best Golf Hotel 2021“.

Vista Lagos Luxury Villas Ready this Summer

The three villas under construction at Vista Lagos, with spectacular views of the lake and the golf course at Dye Fore Lakes, are 65% complete.
The villas are in front of the 65-acre natural recreational park with several miles of trails, a basketball court, childrens playground and outdoor gym to meet the demands of a contemporary, environmentally conscious buyer who enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle.
These luxury villas, approximately 1,000m2 (11,000 square feet) in size will feature state-of-the- art technology, with an emphasis on environmental efficiency. Currently, the main focus is on the interior finishes as all structural work, the first coat of paint, and the roof tiles.
The villas are scheduled for completion in June 2020.
Marina Riverside Center

President Danilo Medina has inaugurated the new and modern Marina Riverside Center, an event and convention center in the Casa de Campo Marina, with sweeping views of the Chavón River and the Caribbean Sea.
The work has all the facilities and technical specifications required for any type of event or celebration, in addition to the support of world-class services offered by Casa de Campo.
In the main inauguration speech, Andres Pichardo Rosenberg, President of Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, stated that the Marina Riverside Center was part of a large number of projects being implemented by Central Romana over the last two years with an investment of some US$25 million.
Vista Lagos: Sustainable and Modern Design

Within the 7,000 acre resort comes the latest development at Vista Lagos located on Dye Fore
Lakes Golf Course. Costasur Dominicana has partnered with three of the largest construction companies in Casa de Campo, Arena Gorda, Constructora Aybar, and Grupo Isidor Fernández to build three villas in this new area. Combined, these builders have more than 40 years of construction experience in CdC.
The project consists of luxury villas, with an average selling price of US$2.5 million. The 3-villa development share in common the incredible views of a reservoir, the Dye Fore Lakes golf course, across for the 65-acre nature park and walking distance to Altos de Chavón.
