About Jan van Welie

Born in Santo Domingo and trained in business administration, I have been involved in the real estate industry for over twenty years, working exclusively with high-end luxury resorts in the Dominican Republic, Anguila, Saint Lucia and the Bahamas promoting the resort lifestyle.

For the past twenty seven years, La Romana has been my home. This has allowed me to develop extensive knowledge of Casa de Campo® and gain a unique insight into my clients needs. I take pleasure in my work by providing an exceptional experience to each of my clients, carefully listening to their needs and developing a strategy to plan the most efficient way of achieving their goals.
